The Manna Family History in Real Estate.

Manuel and April Manna didn’t accidentally fall into real estate; real estate is in their blood.

In 1925, Sam Manna immigrated from Italy, putting down roots in Tampa, Florida. After working several jobs, In 1942 Sam Manna and Pier Busa founded the Florida Art Stucco Co., Inc. inventing a new insulating and soundproof building material. After he had found his soundproof cement mixture, Manna turned his attention to the machinery used in building to find a way of improving its performance and increasing production. He studied carefully the operation of existing machinery, working tirelessly and finally arrived at some genial modifications which gave unexpectedly brilliant results.

Still not satisfied with his financial success, in 1956, he organized a construction company, Chamoun & Manna Inc., in partnership with a friend. In a few short years this company erected hundreds of beautiful homes throughout Tampa Bay. Manna's son, Manuel, soon joined his father, later creating his own custom builders and construction company, which eventually employed Sam’s grandsons, Sam and Frank Manna. Keeping up with the family traditions, today you can still find Frank Manna holding his own real estate. license, as well as his son, and grandfather’s namesake, Manuel Manna with his wife April Manna.

Manuel and April not only keep the tradition alive by offering their real estate services full-time here in Tampa Bay, they also continue celebrating their Italian Heritage by being active members and volunteers at The Italian Club of Tampa!
